Rose Mogus, MBA

I'm Rose Mogus.

I'm the current head of operations for the Center for Renewed Minds.  I am a certified Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE) provider. I am also currently going through certification for  Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I have a bachelor's degree in special education from Kent State University, a graduate certificate in Educational Neuroscience from Butler University, and a Master's of Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Walsh University. I have worked in educational settings with children who have experienced significant trauma and stress.

What is TRE?

TRE involves a series of exercises developed by Dr. David Berceli that stress and stretch your body to activate a natural shaking mechanism within your body. This practice helps to release stress held in the body as well as increase self-regulation. Individuals participating in this practice have reported better sleep, feeling more regulated, and having less pain in their body.

We offer individual and group sessions. Contact us today for more information.
