MBSR is an evidence-based way to reduce your stress, relax your body and mind, and improve your mood and focus.

These services are currently available and can be scheduled on an individual basis. 


Individual Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga is a practice that uses the application of yoga postures and practice to help with the treatment of health conditions. This practice uses yoga to help prevent reduce and or eliminate  structural, physiological, emotional and spiritual pain, suffering or limitations.

Mind-Body Practices: Services

Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE)

This practice was developed by Dr. David Berceli and uses a series of 7 exercises to activate a natural shaking system within the body that helps reduce tension in the body and reset the nervous system.
